FIABCI-Malaysia is now calling for entries for the 20th Malaysia Property Award™ 2012. Every year this prestigious Award honours developments regardless of size or location, which show excellence in all aspects of their creation.

The Malaysia Property Award™ is awarded by independent panel of experts who evaluate the developments in respect to criteria such as design, workmanship, impact on the environment, ease of facilities management, financial viability, marketing strategies, benefit to the community, and lifestyle improvements.

The Malaysia Property Award™ represents the highest accolades and standards of professionalism in the property and real estate industry. All winners of the respective category will be automatically entered to the final selection of the FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Award 2013, which is awarded annually at the FIABCI World Congress.

Winners of the Malaysia Property Award™ will be announced a Gala Dinner in November 2012, with an attendance of 1,000 members and guests.
